Can someone suggest a workout regime that will help me lose weight, but still be healthy? Like, what do you use as a workout and what do you eat? I want to lose fat and not become more muscular.

aww thanks for worrying! I’ve been really busy and my boss has been crazy lately…I just have not had much energy because she is driving me crazy.

i’m fat, so i don’t like bathing suits XD
i’ve been running, but my thighs will get huge right? XD
Im right now on the south beach diet and i use Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Work Out
the work out is a little bit hard at first (atlest for me =P)
but i like it i guess you really have to find something that suits you in the end otherwise it will just be boring and you’ll eventually stop it all together
I mean, I have a technique to lose 10 lbs in 2-4 weeks, but you might hate me lol.

yup, but it’s small
If it’s got a treadmill or some cardio machine, you’ll be fine. An alternative to exercising would be swimming, jogging outside on a path, or even walking for a long period.
But the main thing you need to do is to change your diet, and when I say diet, I mean the way you eat, what you eat, and how you eat your food.

You need to eat it through your nose. That way, you can even expand the diameter of your nostrils, which some men find attractive
you can increase your runs to 40 minutes over time, and increase it from there, but 45 minutes is usually enough cardio for a day. Try to do that at least 3 times a week, and if you can, make it 4.
On a more serious note, you’ll need to stay largely away from heavy carbohydrates like rice and noodles. I know that’s hard as Asians LOL
but over time, you’ll get used to it.
For breakfast, try to change your meals to something simple; simple in that the flavor can sometimes be bland, but a bit complex in that it takes a bit of work to make the meal. Usually we eat cereal for breakfast, but you’ll want to change it to something that meets many of your nutritional needs.
So for breakfast, try to combine things. You can purchase a tub of plain, non-fat yogurt (non-fat or low fat anything is the best for choosing any food). Also purchase various fruits, and try to buy them in amounts where you won’t be wasteful of your food. Place some yogurt in a bowl, chop up some fruits, and lightly mix them into the yogurt with your spoon, and eat away. Some fruits you might want to use are a banana, an apple, a handful of blueberries, and some strawberry slices. The smaller the slices, the more you’ll be able to fit into the bowl, and the more full you’ll feel afterwards.
Such a breakfast will really get you going throughout the day, and you’ll likely feel more energized the longer you keep eating that for breakfast.
An alternative to that would be to get a food chopper, something like the Ninja brand choppers. Pour some milk in, 10 almonds, 10 walnuts, a banana, and an apple, and chop away. Try not to chop too much, lest you want a really liquidy drink. I like to have something to chew, so I don’t chop too much.
Those are some breakfast options.
For lunch, you can find healthy ways to grill your chicken. Grilling and boiling your chicken are the best ways to cook your chicken healthily. If there is a lot of excess fat on your chicken, you can cut that away, unless it doesn’t bother you. On the side of your chicken, you can have some salad, some steamed vegetables, maybe some light dressing.
You can also choose to have some tuna with salad. I usually eat that if I’m running late for class or a meeting or if i’m just really bogged down with business matters.
For dinner, you can have something like what you ate for lunch. You’ll find that chicken can be really quite tasty! Find some different recipes to use, and you won’t mind eating chicken so often.
And then exercise when you can~

The main thing you need to do is keep your meals light. Breakfast is fine since it should be the biggest meal of the day, but the rest should be light.
Even if you’re hungry at night, just go to sleep. And drink more water; you’ll feel fuller. Definitely drink a glass of water before you begin eating.
Get plenty of sleep at night to have brighter skin and faster metabolism.
You can snack on egg whites since they’re low in calories and are purely protein.

lol a lot of sit-ups. You can check out P90X for more tips! I especially love their 15 minute ab workout. When I say 15 minute, I mean 15 minutes non-stop! It’s hard, it burns, but it’s worth it!

The main obstacle to overcome is really getting started! It takes a lot of effort to maintain a schedule, so start off simple, maybe with just changing your breakfast, and then gradually add in more elements to a new you.
And if you’re having struggles with your eating habits, or even if your stressors are totally unrelated, I’ve always got an open ear and some words of advice
