Seriously… No matter how hot and steamy her first marriage night is, it’s her private life and shouldn’t be any of you reporters’ concern-. I’d have been quite offended if I’d been Sunye. -

Update: so I called JYP again. Actual progress this time, I believe- a bit more explanations as well. So apparently the people who were working at this site quit without turning over the responsibilities.
The good news is that now they’ve decided that Korean JYP Entertainment is taking over this place and they expect it to be done in early February. (Think they are trying to contact the old employees to get the passwords or something like it) As soon as it’s done, they will let us know by posting here as an important notice.
I had some questions myself- such as current status of US JYPE as it sounded like it’s shrunk to the minimum. But I felt that it wasn’t appropriate to ask such a question. Anyway, hopefully the cleanup will begin soon.
Sigh…

Someone must know something, after all the home page got updated with info about US activities for WGs this past year.

Wonder Girls members, JYP, Jo Kwon, and other JYP Family members aren’t a surprise. Especially since it was already told before the wedding that JYP would be singing, Wonder Girls members would be bridesmaids(including Sunmi), and Jo Kwon would be mcing.

So an update on my talking to JYPE on the spamming issue.
I finally got to speak to someone (in the sort of marketing support division)
I spoke with her on the phone on Wednesday, and notified her of the spamming. She called me later that Korean JYPE does not have the direct control on the site itself (wondergirlsworld.com) but she will report it and do what she can.
So I called her again just now, and was told that the issue is being discussed internally and they will decide what to do. She told me she’d call me back next week. So that’s that. I will let you know next week.My impression is that something happened to JYP USA- ceased to exist? went into hibernation? Anyway something as simple as this ’spam cleaning’ shouldn’t take that long. (or shouldn’t need to be even ’discussed’)
By the way, the mail I sent to the webmaster ( webmaster@jype.com )was returned because ’that mailbox was full’. Huh?

It’s not that they don’t care, it’s that the JYPE USA created the site. Since JYPE USA staff are gone, no one over in JYPE SK was handed over the ”keys” to maintain and support this site. I think the JYPE USA building has been forgotten as well. If you visit it, there’s obviously no one inside.
It seems that since the WGs are not promoting and performing in the USA, the staff in USA has been reduced to bare minimum ?

They might only need workers when WG are promoting in the US.Elise, I saw Jane helping them at the US IHeartRadio show. But Jane must be part time I think, lately Jane is not even active on Twitter.

A bit of update on my calling JYPE about the issue of spamming…
I was told to contact the webmaster via email- so sent the email to him.
She (the person who got the phone call) thinks that the http://www.wondergirlsworld.com and Fantastics actually belong to JYPE USA, but she isn’t entirely sure…
Anyway, I’ve sent an email and said that we want
1. this place to be cleaned
2. Bringing captcha system so that it would block the automated joining the community.
3. Hire an administrator so that he/she can handle further issues and we know we can contact someone.That’s it- I haven’t received anything yet. Hopefully it will give us at least some other names I can contact even if they cannot handle the issue directly.
A bit frustrating. JYPE is one of the top 3 Entertainment agency companies in Korea. This kind of ’they don’t know who should be responsible’ incidents shouldn’t happen.
I’ll keep working on it (until it’s done.). Daeseok’s so kind!

Although there may be a JYPE USA in name, I am pretty sure that there are no people really working for JYPE here in the USA. I’ve been to the JYPE building in NYC a few times this past year and it is pretty much abandoned. But perhaps someone in S.Korea will be assigned some responsibility for this site.PS The webmaster of this site is Benny and he does not work for JYPE any more, he hasn’t provided any support since early last year, I think.
