FAQ: If you are log in with Facebook Connect and you would like to change your profile picture, you will need to do so from your facebook account and re-login afterwards on Fantastic to see the new update as they are integrated with each other.

Hi Fantastic!! Currently we are trying to resolve couple of issues, please be patience!
Known issue: Fantastic seems to be unfriendly with Mozilla Firefox with the login. If you happen to use Firefox, after you login, it does not redirect, simply just click the helpcenter link to bypass the homepage, until we are able to resolve this issue. Fantastic works best with Chrome , IE9, Safari. ^^ -

When I log in, I get redirected to the sign in page and it says I’m not logged in , but I am logged in, because I can see the navigation bar with me logged in
& I can’t view the home page (the main one with all the Wonderfuls’ updates).
& my friends I added keep on disappearing.
i got the same problem..when i’m log in, the page will not change,it still be in sign in page..i only can enter to my page via help center…when i try to go to home, it will redirect at sign in page again…and another thing, initially i use different picture for my profile and later i change it to another one.however, sometimes my profile pic keep showing the first pic..
I guess I’m not the only one. It was working fine yesterday, now redirect at sign in page again. D:

My birthday is wrong on the public profile (Nov. 5). . . but I put the correct one when I saved it (Nov.4).
