Okay let me clear-up some misunderstandings that people are getting.
-I never said I didn't bring a camera. I brought a camera and camcorder.
-I also never said I didn't enjoy the show. I had a good time there and being my first concert experience it was okay. Although it wasn't what I had hoped for because of the VIP mishap.
-How am I being spoonfed if I pay a premium price for VIP tickets. I paid with my own money for what they set in tone as VIP tickets. They mailed me my tickets and all I saw on the tickets was the 8pm start time. Shoudln't they have included a VIP information package with my tickets? Does that sound unreasonable for a promotion company to provide? I just thought VIP would be after the show. Since I've never gone to a concert before, how would I know it would be before the show? I've been working in a marketing company for a few years now and when we setup VIP promotion packages, we include all the information the customer will need.
-When I arrived at the Living Arts Centre, I told them what happened. You know what they told me, they ran out of the free photo that all VIP guests should receive. How do you run out of VIP photos? They know exactly how many people purchased VIP tickets. There's a set amount. What kind of promotion company doesn't have extra photos just in case?
Anyway,
- My issue with opening act isn't that big of a deal. I was just venting.
- The real issue is that when I arrived at the Venue, and talked to the workers at Living Arts Centre, I'm told they ran out of the free photo hand out, and no one even offered that I could get a quick photo-op with Wondergirls. Is it that big of a deal for them to just have the girls go back to the Meet and Greet Hall with their Security Guards and let me and my friend get a photo with them?
FYI, I still like the Wondergirls. I did afterall get to touch Yenny's hand when she walked by my seat. I just feel a little sour that I didn't get to actually meet them in person.
